The legal name of this service is The Stable Annexe and is further referred to as The Stable Annexe Spa Retreat for many reasons including the hot tub provides kinaesthetic water therapy and the property is inhabited by therapy horses.



Our service

We offer accommodation in Annexe 1, for up to two guests with permission to use the hot tub (under our guidance). A second accommodation unit (Annexe 2) is in the process of being built and will be for a further maximum of two guests. Delicious Cordon Bleu style cooking is offered as an option as are alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This additional service may be booked and paid for at the time of booking or as an ad hoc basis.



Hot Tub

In addition, our own policy is as stated:

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
No alcohol or food is to be consumed in the hot tub
No diving or jumping in
No jewellery is advisable
The maximum time suggested for tub bathing is 45 minutes.
The sound system is off limits
Guests are to arrange a time in advance to use the hot tub (with the host)
A guest may open the hot tub but only the host must close the tub
Guests will be responsible for any damages to the hot tub, its cover and its closing mechanism
Suitable swimwear must be warn
Pregnant women must obtain permission from a medical expert such as a doctor
It is required to obtain permission from a doctor if a guest suffers from a serious and life-threatening illness
Guests must be respectful to the neighbourhood
The host is trained in First Aid and the certificate is maintained in date


The refund and cancellation policy

For Standard Rate:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.



For the non-refundable Rate:

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.



Pets

Upon careful consideration, we have decided not to include pets. We love animals and as you can see we have our own yet me must think of their welfare and that of guest' dogs, in particular.



General conditions

The host and proprietor of The Stable Annexe reserves the right to turn away a guest if they present themselves in a disorderly manner.

Guests must respect the property and its contents to the best of their ability.

Care must be taken with the animals on the property. Please do not feed the horses without specific permission from the host.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Outside out of view is permitted although cigarette ends must be disposed of sensibly.

Care must be taken when parking your vehicle. The designated area is on the grass verge alongside the neighbour farmer's crop field. Park respectfully and straight. Patrons park at their own risk.
