A two-storey, open-plan annex built circa 1800s with many original features. Hand-crafted solid oak bed. Coffee & Tea Bar and Washroom.  The lower-level consists of a horse themed room/second bedroom (double sofa-bed) and a bistro table with 2 chairs, upon request.  A brand new heated, 'rain-shower' room is installed near the secluded Marquis hot tub. The annex is adjoined to the main private farmhouse yet has its own private entrance. Outside areas include a woodland area, ménage, paddock and Duck Island, home to hand-reared ducks, a pond with bijou waterfalls. Stables are adjacent to the annex.  We have a secluded hot tub, a piglet pen and a gravel drive with herbaceous borders.
